Over-The-Counter (OTC) Benefits

Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines are drugs you can buy without a prescription. Some OTC medicines relieve aches, pains and itches. Some prevent or cure diseases, like tooth decay and athlete’s foot. Others help manage recurring problems, like migraines. Eon Health understands your need to sometimes use these OTC items, so we provide you with additional OTC benefits.

Covered services:

  • Clear Spring Health Deluxe (HMO D-SNP): $40 per month
  • Clear Spring Health Silver (HMO C-SNP): $90 every 3 months
  • Clear Spring Health Choice (PPO): $45 every 3 months
  • Clear Spring Health Select: $90 every 3 months
  • Clear Spring Health Select Plus: $90 every 3 months

Clear Spring Health has a contract with Medicare to offer PPO, HMO, and PDP Plans. Eon Health has a contract with the Georgia Medicaid program and a contract with the South Carolina Medicaid program. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal. Clear Spring Health Deluxe (HMO SNP): This plan is available to anyone who has both Medicare and received assistance from the State. Clear Spring Health Silver (HMO SNP): This plan is available to anyone with Medicare who has been diagnosed with Cardiovascular Disorder, Chronic Heart Failure or Diabetes. Eon Health has been approved by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to operate as a Special Needs Plan (SNP) until December 31, 2022 based on a review of Eon Health’s Model of Care.
